Workshop Booking T&Cs

When booking a workshop with Art in the Frame at The Harbour Gallery Jersey, the following conditions apply.

All places must be paid for within 3 days of booking, by card in person or over the phone, cash or cheque made out to Art in the Frame, otherwise the place is not confirmed or secure. We reserve the right to offer your unsecure place on the workshop to a paying customer instead.


  • If you have to cancel 30 days or more before the date of the workshop, you will get a full refund less 10% admin fee.
  • Less than 30 days but no more than a week beforehand, you will get a 50% refund.
  • Within a week of the workshop, you will not be refunded unless covered by a doctors note, when full amount will be refunded less 10% admin fee.


All purchases are shipped as soon as possible, and will be delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 7-10 days for works of art on paper. This may be longer if we need to source a piece that is out of stock or for works of art that may require extra packaging.

Please note, if you need an item for a certain date, i.e. birthday or other present, please make that clear when you place your order so we can prioritise you order and avoid any disappointment resulting from late delivery. There are no postal deliveries from Jersey during the weekend.

If you have not received your order within the expected time please advise us so that we can attempt to trace the package. We send all items by Jersey post and then by the postal service of the country the items are being sent to. We cannot take responsibility for damage incurred to work sent beyond the UK to other continents.

The cost of shipping will be applied to your cart when you select the delivery destination.


Everything we send leaves the Gallery in perfect condition and is thoroughly checked. However, if something gets damaged as a result of postage or you are not happy with it in any way then please contact us to make arrangements to return the item and for a replacement to be sent. This may require photographic evidence. If this is not possible, you have the option of choosing an alternative or having a full refund. Unfortunately this may not apply to special orders or personalised items.

We have been in business for over 15 years by providing our clients with quality products and reliable service, so it is important to us that you receive what you have ordered and that it is in perfect condition.

Our gallery is open from 9 – 5.30 daily and we can always be contacted to sort out any problems that may arise. Please contact us through the numbers provided on the website.

About Us

Art in the Frame Foundation was set up in 1998 by two local art teachers who strongly believed in the wealth of local talent in the arts and crafts to be found on the island of Jersey and the severe lack of exhibition space and acknowledgement for this talent.

In 2002, Art in the Frame Foundation opened The Harbour Gallery which has become the hub and window to the charity. Located in St Aubin, Jersey, is the largest exhibiting and working gallery in the Channel Islands. It features the work of over 100 local artists and craft workers.
